No. As is the case with most cell phones, AT&T phones are typically locked to work on the AT&T wireless network. Essentially what this means is that if you buy a phone through AT&T, then it will only work through AT&T wireless network. However, if you ever want to unlock your AT&T phone for any reason, you can submit a request here. Double-check that you meet all the requirements for AT&T to release your phone off their network. Once your phone is unlocked, it’ll be able to operate on another compatible wireless network.
